Update: I have now posted of the CPR and CCA request (suggested on legalbeagles) and have done the online acknowledgement of the claim.
Copies sent to both Cabot and Mortimer since on the form Mortimer is listed as the correspondence address.
Awaiting advice on the defence side of things.0 -
Hi. Received this. I did send copies to Cabot as well, recorded delivery so they would have a copy.
I have also responded online to the Claim Form but not done the defence part as I am unsure as to what is the defence.
Any advice appreciated.
Many thanks in advance.0 -

Please help.
No reply needed, you asked for documents to be provided, they are attempting to do so, see what they send you.

So what will happen in terms of Claim Form? I've not yet done the defence bit, so will it be on hold? Or should I go ahead with the defence bit?sourcrates said:d_brat81 said:Another letter and I'm unsure as to exactly what to say or how to reply to this

Other than my original post, nothing I can think of. I just assumed I have to submit something. I have no idea to be honest which is why I'm here. This is a lot for me as I suffer with depression and anxiety myself.sourcrates said:Letter says it’s on hold.

If you have no defence, then you may be better off agreeing terms beforehand.
