Hi,
Myself and my partner are looking at purchasing a property - My partner has perfect credit history, however mine is tarnished by a CCJ (5yrs old, 3.5yrs satisfied for £700).
We have an AIP from Barclays, and we have 15% deposit. Is now a good time to try and get a mortgage or would it make a huge difference if I waited until next October for the CCJ to be 6yrs old?
