Accord Mortgage - Help To Buy

Hi,
Our Mortgage broker has just submitted an application for our agreement in principle with Accord on Monday and it’s referred. Our broker said this is quite common with help to buy applications and where there are multiple addresses in the last 3 years. Just wondering if anyone has experience of this and knows the timescale from refer to accept (or decline)?
Thanks
