Spider bite - poss false widow

Has anyone been bit by one of these? I was bit earlier today and it looked similar but can't be certain.
I have been to the walk in centre and just have to keep an eye on it and take a strong dose of antihistamine 4 times a day.
I just can't believe how painful it is and just wanting some reassurance that it'll get better soon, google had me fearing the worst.
I have sent a picture to the zoo where I did a living with spiders course last year to try and identify it. As much as I'm worried about being bit again my spider phobia seems to be holding off despite finding another two spiders the same outside the front door.
I know I'm a bit of a wimp but it feels painful to me.

Hey guys can you please put up a post for me please, it’s coming towards mating season for these horrible things and they are aggressive if you go near them, it’s a false widow spider and I have been bitten by one, I have now had to be put on antibiotics and if the infection spreads I’m facing having to have the bite mark cut and drained 🤮 I was only in my back garden, if anyone has kids make sure they don’t go near them!

this was posted on a Facebook page in Horsham.

My shed is full of them and they are often found in our house. They have never appeared aggressive unless threatened and I once woke up with one on my arm and it hadn’t bitten me. I got bitten once when one was in some gardening gloves I got from the shed, my own fault for not checking them. It stung a bit but less than a wasp sting and was a little red but that was it. Apparently some people have an allergic reaction to them and that’s where the horror stories come from.
