NHS Pensions - Lump sum payment not showing in Total Rewards Statement

Dear all.
In around December 2019 I made a lump sum payment into my NHS Pension. I did this with
the help of my Pensions Officer, where I work.
Today I logged in to look at my recently uploaded 2019/2020 Total Rewards Statement.
I was hoping there would be some mention of the lump sum I had added, but
there was no mention of it anywhere. Is this normal? How can I be sure that they
received my lump sum payment?
