Revising the existing home loan

I revised my existing home loan recently, which I had taken for purchasing an apartment in Mississauga. Before revising, a lot of banks started calling asking me to take a home loan. So I did thorough research and chose one among them, which offered the home loan at a lower interest rate. I also went through their ratings and reviews before making this decision. So I approached this bank to refinance my mortgage. When I told them my budget, they were so accommodating in helping me choose a scheme according to it. What's your opinion on revising the existing home loan?
