Dwp interview feedback for learning delivery officer

I recently interviewed for role of learning delivery officer with the dwp and received an overall score of 34. Scored a 4,5 and 6 with the behaviours but I guess my strengths were good.
Does anyone know if this score is good enough to receive an offer. I have been told I met the minimum requirement. Just hoping for an offer

Ey up! Did you get an offer in the end? My total score was 39 and I was offered a position. Would love to hear from other people currently going through the process. Feel free to PM me if that's better for you. Regards, Mark

    Depends what the competition scored.
Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!

I did not, unfortunately. They messed me about first saying I got an offer then rescinding the offer as it was an error. Which location did you select? I chose stoke-on-Trent
  • I interviewed for a DWP last week, cant see anywhere it mentions scores?

Wow! That's not good and must have been pretty awful experience to go through. I'm in the North West and have already started my training

You won't get your score until your interview result comes through (pass/fail etc.)

A woman who started shortly before me at DWP has the reverse experience.  She received a phone call from DWP asking why she hadn't turned up on the day she was supposed to start.  She explained that she didn't turn up because she had received a letter telling her she had been unsuccessful in her application.  From my experience of them, HR in DWP take incompetence to a whole new level.  Most of us had to wait several months to get our contracts of employment, despite the offer letter saying they would be provided on our start date and should be returned a.s.a.p.

Oh that is great. How is the training going? Is it remote or in person? Also how long is the contract offered? Is the training in person or you are currently working from home?
Sorry to ask a lot of questions, I have just been offered the role this morning. I am so happy.

Yea it is a nightmare experience. One that really took a toll on me. I'm glad it is positive now though. I received the offer and now just waiting for a start date.
