GWR train delay repay cash voucher

so unlike other train companies GWR delay repay forms dont have an option for compensation via cash voucher. your entitled to cash refund if you paid by it. so when you send the delayrepay form to GWR write the option for cash onto the form.

if they ignore it and send you a rail travel voucher/cheque then return it and ask for a cash voucher. then they will send a letter like this

this letter is usable at only 1 train station, unlike rail cash vouchers supplied by other train companies that can be used at many stations.

Paper forms? Cash? So antiquated? LOL
Best to get paid by completing Online:  https://delayrepay.gwr.com/make-claim

And choosing either BACS or back to Card?

    How is compensation paid?

    Repayment options made online include:

    • electronic bank transfer (BACS)
    • Visa debit/credit cards
    • Rail Travel Voucher
    • cheque

Who mentioned libraries? You are managing to post here without visiting a library.

You'll be telling us next that you don't have a bank account or know anyone that does.
