I have a SIPP with HL. ... So my question is - can I move my SIPP into an ISA / Savings Plan / Other now i.e. about 10 years before I hit retirement age?
Irrespective of the points that others have made, why would you want to consider moving money from a SIPP to an ISA? You have pretty much the same choice of investment possibilities in HL's SIPP as you do in their ISA?

As a compromise between high IFA fees and self managing your pension, why not look at the likes of Pension Bee?

Would a transfer to Vanguard using a Target Retirement Fund be worth consideration?
