LISA release time frame

So i opened my lisa in May. Ive met the annual limit so planning on depositing the further 4k day after the new tax year next year. Im estimating I can withdraw end of june/start of July. As il have to wait for the bonus. When is the earliest time i can I start house hunting?? I've spoken to a friend who's an advisor she says about feb/March. But how long does it take to actually release the lisa? Thanks
