Shared ownership properties locally start at £12,500 and go up. DD1 is interested in buying a 25% share in a property but requires a mortgage to satisfy the housing association. The smallest mortgage she can find is £50,000 which us far more than she needs and more importantly on an income of £10,000 a year it's far more than she can afford.
Are there any lenders out there offering first time buyers mortgages in the region of £15,000? She has a substantial deposit saved up.

why dont you just make 1 appointment with a broker who can search 70+ lenders for you? Would make more sense than spending 1hour+ each time to try find the best option0
