What are my chances getting a mortgage with unsettled defaults but I pay monthly towards them. I have MB who submitted application on my behalf and I am not hopeful. They have done 2 hard searches in one day and I guess that is going lower my credit score. Anyone has ever had a mortgage offer with unsettled defaults?
