Missing Competition Prize.

Anyone else having trouble getting their prize from competitions in the Star/Sunday Star?
I received an email saying that the prize was delayed due to the lockdown. As mail orders increased during lockdown and people that could not work from home have returned to work surly my prize should have been sent out by now. I emailed them a fortnight ago asking them to look into it for me and the didn't even acknowledge my email.
Any suggestions on what I can do next?
