Mortgage and Broker Advice

Hi
We are looking for a Broker and I was wondering if anyone is able to give any advice on how to find a good one?
We have a good LTV of around 68% but it is a Right to Buy mortgage, with our discount as our deposit, and whilst we have good credit scores, we have gone into our overdraft on a few occasions in the past 3 months (although this has always been rectified the same day - just a case of money needing to be moved between accounts) - so I would like a broker that can really help us through the process and give us the best shot.
I have given good old google a try - but find the options a little overwhelming and not sure where to start!
Thanks

Some of us who post here are independent brokers. Why not read the boards and pm someone you feel can help, brokers can be identified by our signatures. We are not allowed to approach posters but most of us are happy to be approached via pm and have helped people who post on these boards0

Pretty much any broker should be able to help with this.
Going in to an overdraft is not a deal breaker in the main. It is more if you are going over the overdraft where it becomes a problem or if you are permanently living in it.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. We don't have an actual overdraft as I paid it off last year, as we had been living in it, but it has always been rectified the same day - Would this be seen as a problem? Thanks0

No. It wont be an issue0

I can’t help you with the broker side but just to let you know my Mum was in your exact situation (right to buy, discount as deposit and overdraft use) and managed to get a mortgage so I’m sure you will find someone who can help0

As haras says, dipping into your overdraft will not be a problem.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
