Porting to Help to Buy

Hi everyone,
I currently have a mortgage with Santander with 2 years remaining of the fixed rate. I'm looking to move to a new build house using a Help to Buy Equity Loan. Am I right in saying I would need a special Help to Buy mortgage from Santander? Do you think they would let me port to one when my current mortgage with them isn't Help to Buy? I would also need to borrow more on top of remaining mortgage balance.
Thanks for your help,
Jamie
