Amazon autorip gone?

It seems like autorip has disappeared from Amazon. Was this announced anywhere? This was great for having a cd version in your car and downloaded on your phone. Is this a glitch or temporary thing or is it permanent?

I've just looked at the 'purchased' items in Amazon 'my music' and there are some there with auto rip listed, but not all.tracks have it!  Not sure if this helps

I just noticed this. Went to Amazon My Music but the link no longer works. Opened a chat session only for it to say "we're busy" please use call back. Then after a few mins of a wheel whirring round, it says "sorry the call back function is not working".
