We placed my partners apartment up for sale 24/08 we received and accepted offer on 27/08. A completion date for apartment has been agreed for 9/10. We viewed new property on 12/08 and offer issued and accepted on 13/08. All documents given to MB 14/08 and he has advised he will submit mortgage app on Monday. Anyone recently applied how long from app to offer? are we likely to be able to complete on new property on 9/10?
