TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “Win a Selection of Morphe Products” (Online Competition) (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.

1. COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN

Entrants are invited to go online to answer the question and enter their details.

Three winners and five runner-ups will be selected from all the entrants who answered correctly via an electronic random draw.

Each winner and runner-up must satisfy the Terms and Conditions, otherwise their entry will become invalid and new winners/runner-ups will be selected.

Each winner and runner-up will be chosen by electronic random draw by 9am on Monday 24th August 2020 and contacted by KISS and/or Morphe.

 

2. ENTRY PLATFORMS AND COSTS

The competition will run from 1pm Thursday 13th August and will close at 11.59pm Sunday 23rd August.

Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will be invalid.

 • Open to UK residents aged 16 years or over on date of entry

 • Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, incl. the Prize Provider, must not enter

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

MISCELLANEOUS.

Entries that don’t comply with these terms won’t be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you’ve breached them.

If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.

The correct answer to the question must exactly match our answer to win.

We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control
