There is only my buyers and the people we are buying from in the chain, all we are waiting for is my mortgage offer everything else is ready. I have been told I’ll get my offer this week but am just wondering what’s the quickest time scale we could exchange and complete in from receiving the mortgage offer?

Depends on lender process.
Lender could email offer to solicitor, they could check it and email it to you same day, you could sign it and return it next day delivery, solicitor could request funds and they could be released in a day.
In the real world, probably 7-10 days is more realistic to get everything ready0 -
Are sure it's only the mortgage offer that's required? Normally the mortgage offer is one of the first part's of the process.0

The quickest time scale? I've done it within hours. That assumes everything else is already done and everybody is expecting completion for that day.

Yes definetly sure we are only waiting for mortgage offer as I had problems with lenders due to Covid so it meant everything else got complete and finally this week I’m getting a mortgage offer. Just wanna get moved now so want it to go through in quickest time possible.0

Then it's a question for your solicitor to ascertain what the process now is.0
