Legitimate at home work, e.g. Virtual Call Centre Work

Hi,
I am trying to return to the work and due to the virus, would like to try find work from home (incase of a second wave). I have experience in Customer Service and Technical Support and I would love to find some kind of remote work in this area either as a Virtual Call Centre Agent or as an Email or Text Support Agent. I am based in Northern Ireland. I am a hard worker and am always eager to learn but the internet seems to be a minefield of scam "work from home" jobs looking to take peoples money. Surely there must some decent legitimate companies out there looking to hire remote workers incase of a second wave? I would be grateful for any advise or assistance locating something genuine.
TIA.

Try searching Indeed - using the word 'Remote'.0

Have you spoken to your local JobCentre? Or contacted large, reputable companies direct - some may only recruit through agencies, but will often tell you which agency they use.
If you google on 'home based jobs' you'll find a number of large and well known agencies showing vacancies.Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0 -
Do you have 1st line IT technical support experience or something similar?Lizzyeile said:Hi,

If that is the case, the world should be your oyster as this industry is booming in the Covid-19 world and is ideally setup for remote working at 1st line level.
