The point I'm making is simple. Doris would not have signed a guarantee inside a bank branch.
The document would have been sent to a solicitor of her choice, who would explain to her the liability she would be under if called to pay under the guarantee.
Doris is a troll - she must be quite good at it after all we are arguing about it a whole week after her one and only post.
