I have just been quoted £17.5k to install a complete system with a 17 kW ASHP.  The price includes supplying and fitting a new hot water cylinder and 12 new radiators so apart from the pre-exisiting pipework it's a new heating system.
Can I ask what rhi payments you have been assessed for? Thanks
    I think....
  • Yes, RHI payments would be about £12.5k.  We only moved in two years ago so I have the EPC from then.

Thanks.  I wonder how much of the cost the rhi would cover if you didn't need to upsize the rads.  WE have an epc form 5 years ago which is fairly low compared to our usage and it was suggested that it might be worth having it redone as if it came out higher then the RHI would also be hgher.

I reckon the radiators will cost between £2.5 k and £3 k plus the cost of actually fitting them
