    We had the same thing yesterday with HSBC and luckily the vendor came back to us and accepted the new valuation and we have saved 10k!

  • We also had our valuation returned yesterday, by HSBC at 35k less than our offer. We’ve asked our seller to meet halfway, however feel very doubtful that it will be agreed. Feeling like we are back to square 1 😥
