I joined Bannatyne in Sept 19 with a 12 month contract. I emailed the cancellation form at the end of July to end my contract and they have replied saying that my contract now ends in January 2021 - they appear to have added the months of closure to my term. Just wondering if this is allowed - I’m not sure what to respond to their email?!
