2nd mortgage adviser have we made correct decision

Just before Covid hit we spoke to a mortgage adviser and she got us a DIP For the amount we were looking to borrow and to use equity from our existing property to buy our dream home. We put an offer in on a place and it was accepted mid June on the 20 th June she sent application to HSBC so she told us, We then spent the past 6 weeks chasing her for info and end of July she would not return out calls or emails. On the 31st of July we spoke to another MA and told her the situation and she said she could help us and we started the process with her , DIP again within a few hours applied to Santander 3rd of Aug, with more info than we were previously asked for . We have not heard anything as yet and MA is keeping in contact with us , I have been checking Experian for searches and found 2 for Barclays Bank end of July , so I’m assuming that they were from mortgages that previous MA applied for . My husband gets a Navy Pension each month and had to send proof with new application , this was not asked for on previous application although declared by us .She has not contacted us to date either. 

I’m now a little concerned that this will impact on our application to Santander , am I right to be worried or will they see it as a mortgage search that wasn’t accepted offer. 

Help please from anyone who has been in the same situation
