Right to buy five years up in november

As heading says I can sell the property in November without paying back any of the discount. What I am hoping for is a bit of advice, can I put it on the market now with the provision that we cannot exchange contracts until November 23rd? Have had property valued by estate agents and am ready to instruct. Really appreciate any help. Thanks

November is 3 months away, more than likely if you put it on the market today and accepted an offer you wouldn't be exchanging contracts until November anyway.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1
