Questions About Bankruptcy

My husband has recently applied for Bankruptcy and he will be having a telephone interview next week and we are trying to get prepared with what info we think we need but there are a few questions we have and I wondered if anyone could advise. First of all we have no debts in joint names and no bank accounts in joint names. Therefore im confused whether I need to provide any information about my bank account or my salary even though I am not going bankrupt and we have nothing joint? And if so do they need my wage slips or bank statements ?
Secondly I earn £500 a month more than my husband but we have always split 50/50 rent and utilities etc so this is what we put on the application. However after reading some threads on here I am worried he should have put a lesser portion because he earns less than me ? Has he done that wrong ?

If you refuse to engage with the OR (and you cannot be forced to do that) then they assume a 50/50 split of the expenses.
If you provide the evidence on income then they split proportionately.
So in your case ...2 -
mine basically phoned me night before told me not to worry, basically went over the forms with me and asked me how I got my self in to debt.
it was a very relaxing interview even had a laugh about some things, had to email 3 months wage slips so she could see what tax I was paying I’m going on a nil tax code and I can keep the tax rebate.
she said she would write to me in 6 months see if any thing had changed after that probably never hear from them again. She said to me they knew I had nothing to hide when I had listed every thing on my forms even the Xbox.1
