i tried sev times this monring, but when they accessed my account they said they could clearly see that i didnt have vip status so wouldnt book me a slot

I am sorry but you have not been selected to receive a priority e-mail notification, to place your order over the internet prior to our recent End of Season Sale.

I can confirm that customers are selected to receive a priority internet appointment to place an order according to a number of specific criteria, which include recent spending patterns and the amount of available credit on the account. From the customers that meet these criteria, a number are then randomly chosen to have the opportunity to place an order. Therefore, customers who were previously chosen to receive priority email notification may not be selected each season.

I am seriously annoyed that some people are chosen over others, when I have spent a lot in Next and they don't select people like me as VIP. They say it's random - but I don't believe so.Get cracking those codes!But for the minute, let's hope it's GM0!

im seriously annoyed too, my daughter desperately needs winter clothes but cant afford full price as having a bad time atm plus im in credit so was hoping to buy her something but all ill end up with is the scraps and i bet they wont be left in her size.

I usually get chosen and have probably ordered £200 worth per year, maybe they 'target' people who dont spend much
