    Just means the vipsale page is not live yet.

    Probably be like until a few hours before the first vip slots are allowed to be used

    Just rang again (twice) and the online sale starts on the 27th, NO vip slots will be given until tomorrow as that is when the computer has been programmed to start randomly selecting them. This was advised twice so hopefully it is correct. The lady just said keep checking your email (little does she know I have every 5 mins for the last 24 hrs lol)

    does anyone know what date the shops open for the sale?
    i called CS and either man struggled with english or he was being mean! said sale in shops starts 29th!!!!!!!!!! ................ surely not?
