If your emails are anything like your posts to this forum, I suspect they are still trying to read and understand them!

Communication that is specific and concise will generally create the best results.
Thank you, I am dyslexic, I hope that was taken into consideration before your rudeness.
I have a colleague who is dyslexic and his emails are usually short and to the point ( with spelling mistakes).  Customer services just won’t respond to an email that is long and rambling
The emails were concise and they have replied to a previous one. I wrote this trying to be a little humorous within a story and not as in a report, it being my first one. Can't please all the people.
Dyslexia, for information, is the body's interpretation of some of the brain's signals which, incorporating the individuals nurture, creates a very wide spectrum where different people are affected differently, making it difficult to compare one against another.
Whatever, it is by the by. The gist was the lack of customer service that I had received and the principle of paying for a good that was not supplied and goods that were not fit for purpose. Morrison's is legally an individual and must, as all of us, follow the letter of the law, and I was making a comparison of legal rights.
Can I ask if you have actually made clear to Morrisons what outcome you want ?
It makes it a lot easier for the claims handler to resolve.

Years ago I was told about a large breakdown co's policy if for example a patrol had fitted a new battery but the fault was the alternator.
If the customer wrote in and complained they would get an apology letter and no more
If they wrote in and complained and asked for the money that the battery cost they would get a cheque
The reason was that many of the complainers were happy just to get the apology .

You need to tell them what you want, get rid of all the rambling.
Phone or email and keep it concise, use paragraphs.

    Hi Morrisons.

My breaded fish didnt arrive in the delivery on XX, please can you refund £3.50 due to the mssing item.

Also the XXX and the XXX had a use by date of only one day after delivery which made it difficult to use them, would you consider a refund of these items as well?

    Thank you
