Am I entitled to a refund?

My partner and I were due to marry in March however we were put into lockdown just 10 days before.
We hastily rearranged our date for next April however have since decided to cancel all together, get married at the registry office and have a party for our anniversary instead.
Our plan is to use the venue we booked for the wedding, for the anniversary party, so we would change the date and use any monies we have already paid for the party, obviously it won't cost as much as a wedding, and we won't need all of our suppliers.
Are we entitled to a refund for the services we no longer require?
