Problems with Iceland

6 weeks ago I was offered a VIP position for delivery slots because of shielding.

That worked fine for 6 deliveries but then I upgraded my talk talk to faster fibre which required a new modum  The modum arrived and was installed by me, since then I can't get my VIP delivery slot even though Iceland say that I should and seem powerless to solve the problem.  When I installed the modum the first thing it did was change the date on my cumputer to a date years earlier but when I corrected that all seemed well other than I have not noticed any increase in my computers speed of action which talk talk said would be 30 times faster.

Anyone else have this iceland problem? Or anyone got any suggestions on a fix to get my guaranteed delivery slots back.  I am still able to order deliveries at both Tesco and ASDA they are unaffected it just seems to be Iceland with their technicions unable to help get me back to what was a system working perfectly . I tried a different browser but no luck..  I am no good at computers so need simple suggestions

I don't think this is your PC or modem.
Didn't all the special arrangements disappear with the ending of shielding on August 1st. ? and with it the special deliveries .

Thanks Robin, perhaps your right but you would think they would say that when their support replies to my emails for help instead of making suggestions.

Yes, VIP slots have gone for shielded. I've lost them as well. Just get the normal slot emails now

Shielding is over (on pause) everybody now treated the same.
