defective rtb council house- no mortgage maybe a bank loan?

Thanks for the reply but a bit late as we bought it 6 months ago .
The house is steel frame, concrete clad with wooden joists in roof .
Eventually we bought it cash ( beg + borrowed money ) as mortgage rates wre well oveer the odds for this property.On the internet you can be anything you want.It`s strange so many people choose to be rude and stupid.0 -

The reason lenders are not interested is that they are worried about finding potential buyers if you need to sell or they need to repossess and sell.
