Hello all, I pay regular child maintenance payments to my ex for my 11yo daughter.
She is moving up to secondary school.
My ex is now asking me for half of the money she spent on my daughters back to school clothes etc.
This would be outside of the child maintenance payments.
Is this allowed? If I pay child maintenance at the rate I am told to pay, should she be asking me for extra. She also receives child benefit.

She's allowed to ask, obviously. But you arent obliged to pay.1
