Shoppix payment issues.

Back on Sunday i redeem points for a paypal payment and got email back from them saying payment would be done on Monday.
Monday has come and gone and still no payment.
i have emailed them a couple of times but with no answer from them so has anyone else had payment issues with them this week?
never had any issues with them before so not sure whats going on.

Just tried to redeem points for a paypal voucher to find that option missing from their app. I’ve emailed them about it but I can’t help but think it isn’t a good sign. I’ll post an update if I get a response

Yes i have just checked and paypal has gone from mine as well.
i have emailed them a few times this week and no response but agree with you its not looking good.

Just to let you know i got my paypal payment today and they also answered the email that i sent them.

Hi i have the same problem but not had it before i received the payments the next day after requesting it! I requested on Monday morning this week & waiting for £20 via PayPal account & had email confirmation from rewards&perk@com for it but still not received payment in PayPal account, i have sent a email back explaining situation this still waiting.
