Offer but No Hard Search

As the title says really. Received mortgage offer from Bank of Ireland last Thursday morning, but no hard search showing on my credit file yet. Could this just be a lag in the data being updated? Having all sorts of anxious thoughts along the lines of it being missed and the offer ending up being withdrawn

Have you checked all the credit reference agencies? Not all lenders check / report to all of them. Mine only uses / reports to one.

Lag I would say - we have been accepted by Santander subject to valuation but the hard search didn’t turn up for another 7 working days from memory.

Yea, checked Experian and credit karma directly and equifax via clearscore. I've got the two entries on experian following aip and full application both soft searches. I didn't an alert for the one post full application on 10/7 until 22/07 so I'm thinking there could just be a lag in the data being updated. Surely an offer wouldn't be issues without a full check?

Some don't update right away. 
I had a hard search done on Experian and TransUnion yesterday. 
Experian: Experian (full version) and MSE Credit Club shows it.
TransUnion: Halifax credit checker doesn't show it. Credit Karma does.
Checkmyscore (all three agencies) doesn't show any hard searches. 

Edit: Just saw your last message. Clearscore only updates about once a month. You could try the 30 day free trial with Equifax if you really want to know right away. The website is very clunky though, I'm only paying because I had to correct my electoral roll info and they were a disaster.

My partner has a hard search from BOI, but I didn't have anything other than a soft search

Everything went through and we had our offer so I'm not losing any sleep over it
