Left temp job

I’ve been doing a temp job for 6 months . At the start of lockdown most staff left and me and a few other colleagues kept things going . We have received quite a lot of praise for this . However , as soon as 2 managers came back things got pretty bad. The job is minimum wage , but due to the pandemic the responsibility ramped up . Me and my colleague were told it was out sole responsibility to make sure no one got COVID or we would be investigated .
We have received emails telling us off / humiliating us for things we haven’t done in front of others( when we have done them). I was shouted at when I finally caved in and asked the manager to realise I have done x task . We were told not to use certain systems , even though other senior staff members ask us to use them. It is only me and another temp who have to deal with it. The manager called a few names behind my back and said she could get rid of us at any point. I’ve informed the agency of a few things that have gone on and requested a new role.
I’ve also been bullied by a staff member who is the resident bully and had to put in a grievance ( which has been upheld ). The other staff members backed me up as I am a hard worker and they know what this person is like .
Anyway it all got too much and I quit without notice as I was crying almost every day.
My question is , is there any way of putting a spin on this so I can get a new role from the same agency ? I don’t want to slag the managements off , but they’ve been awful .
Also I was on universal credit . I am assuming I will get a sanction for leaving a job . What is this likely to be?
Thanks for reading and any experiences welcome . This is a government role by the way think crime .

Just talk to the agency? It's unclear why you didnt MUCH earlier, as they are your employer.
This is a government role by the way think crime . - that is not helpful at all

Agencies know what these companies are like, they only ever say the good points to temps otherwise the places wouldn't get filled and they wouldn't make money.
Just tell the agency why you left and ask them for a new placement.
Regarding UC sanctions, ask on the benefits board, but cut all the waffle out.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -
Thanks will do0

It was a temporary role - if UC already knows you work for an agency and have not been told it's a permanent assignment, there will be no issue. You just note in one short sentence that you're no longer in the temporary court role and you are hopeful that the agency will find you more work asap. Say you're calling them every couple of days and checking their website often for more work. Don't say you left. Make sure you're applying for other jobs and putting all these applications into the diary. UC will not investigate anything. They're far too busy right now and the time they do have gets spent on people who don't fill out their diaries.

Just need to consider that if it's security then those managers may need reporting.
That aside - i mean talk to the agency now, explain the situation and im sure more work will come0 -
Remember Universal Credit is personalised/unique to you - I don’t know that a sanction will happen unless you were warned when you were last on it perhaps that if the next job you decide to give up then it is applied (that was my experience when I played a part last Dec in giving up a 6 week job and even then I’m unsure if after proving so many more months in subsequent employment as it stands now) I just remember the grilling I got over my CV longevity in January 2020 🙈 but you might get someone totally different.
As far as I get it sanctions really apply when you tell an advisor that you’ll do something and then don’t.
As for the same agency getting new work - you are probably needing to give it some time, some won’t take kindly ‘to their client being messed about’ your feeling of awful events aside, that’s the problem you may run into now.0
