Can anyone tell me the legality regarding refunding money owed on a cancelled order? I placed an order with IKEA ONLINE 19th November, I cancelled this order the next day but still have not had my refund. There is nothing in the terms and conditions that state about how long this will take. When I rung last week to chase I was told 10 days, however when I rung today 14 days after cancelling I was told it can take up to 30 days! Is this legal? I have never received the goods, they were not due for delivery until 6th December but they say it still takes that long to process a refund. It did only take them 24 hours to get the money from my account yet it takes them 30 days to put it back!
