Hello,
Is it ok to use gifted money for all the fees or do I need to prove of where the money came from and a gift letter as it would be for a mortgage deposit?
Thank you.

you do not need a gift letter to help pay the fees for completion of house purachase.0

Solicitors might want source of funds evidence for all monies coming to them. You'd need to check. Whether it's gifted or not shouldn't be relevant, it's only the price for the property which (generally) needs to come from your own funds.0
