Why can they pharmacy sell temazapan?

Have you tried to buy it from them?

They may list prescription only drugs so that people with a private prescription (e.g from an online or telephone GP service) know how much they cost.

I think you'd probably find that you need a GP prescription to buy.

It'll either require a prescription from your GP or will give out a private prescription using a medical questionnaire or telephone consult
