Hi,
I have a dual energy domestic tariff, including smart meters with you.
The Gas meter has always supplied you with remote readings, but the Electricity meter does not, I have contacted EON previously about this, where I was asked to supply a photo of said meter, which I did many weeks ago, unfortunately my Electricity Meter is still not sending remote reads to you.
Please Help.

    As stewie_griffin has said, please do remove your personal details from your post.

    This can happen when something doesn't match in the systems, so it means the reads can't come through. There some occasions as well where an appointment is needed.

    I understand that you have been in touch and sent a picture so that's great thank you. You will need to speak to our smart guys here though, so they have a good look in to why this is. Details are on the website.

    Aren't the E.on reps not allowed to give phone numbers or links to websites ?  Saying "details on the website" doesn't seem as helpful as it could be.

    No, we've never been allowed to post links etc, I don't think the rules have changed. I know it can be a bit frustrating to be honest.
