Hay pay scales

Anyone know where I can find out the pay levels for Hay grades (other than asking directly)? Local Authorities use it. I'm going for a job tomorrow, but I can't remember what the salary is, they just give the grade.

If you've got time, I'd phone in the morning and ask, and hope you don't end up speaking to someone who's interviewing you.
Was the salary on the advert? If it was, can you find that online or on their website, or is there a job on the same grade currently being advertised?
If all else fails, you won't be the first person to have to ask at interview what the starting point might be. And that could be a way into it, but my brain won't allow me to formulate the question right now ...Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
if you type "Hay grades" (with quotation makes) into google there's a whole slew of hits, the 5th gives you the 2006 scale0
