Secured Loans

Hi, i'm currently going through a divorce but court action is on hold due to COVID19. I stupidly during my marriage co signed for a secured loan against a property owned by my husband but not by me. I am awaiting the court's decision re my liability for this loan. however, in the meantime can anyone advise the likelyhood of me applying for a mortgage whilst still being locked into this loan? Many thanks in advance
