Help to buy ISA - partner buying house and I'm gifting some of deposit - can I keep my ISA open?

Hi,
My partner is buying a house and I am using some of my savings, and the money in my help to buy ISA to go towards the deposit. I can't be named on the mortgage because I'm a PhD student with a stipend, and my partner can afford the property by himself, so I'm not going to be named on the mortgage or the deed (the solicitors is drawing up a document to protect my deposit)
My question is whether I would be able to keep my help to buy ISA open for when we next buy a property together - or because he is claiming his help to buy ISA bonus now and I am living at the property/contributing to the deposit that this means I have to close my help to buy ISA also?
Cheers :)
