  • Pet Insurance - I was paying £33pm for 6 years before deciding to shop around and get the exact same cover for £15pm.
    Needless to say how annoyed I was!

    Make this the time you start dealing with your finances better.  You have good incomes and are young so you can turn this around but you have incurred the debt and can afford to pay it off.  There is no quick fix with this. Budget, save for emergencies and get rid of the credit cards and look for ways to cut back on outgoings.

    Needless to say how annoyed I was!
    This is fine if your pets don't have pre-existing conditions. Once they do your're stuck with that provider as no other insurance company will take them on,or they will but exclude the conditions.  My dog has arthritis and a heart condition and I'm held to ransom with the insurance co.

    Although OP does seem to have two lots of pet insurance listed.

    Yes. The true cost of pets is oft underestimated. It's one of the things that gets a lot of folks into trouble.
