Bankruptcy and Mortgage

Our mortgage was not an issue when I went bankrupt.
I had a joint mortgage with my wife 50/50, she negotiated a settlement figure for my share of the equity with the OR and paid that and we continued to pay the mortgage as before.
Now been discharged 2 years and apart from removing the credit facility of our flexible mortgage nothing has changed with it.
I was and still are named on the mortgage throughout my bankruptcy.
I hope it works out for you.1 -
Have just seen this thank you. IVA has just failed so now it's just a matter of offering settlement figures of waiting to be triggered with bankruptcy. I'll update on here when I have more info. Time will tell.discharged2018 said:Our mortgage was not an issue when I went bankrupt.
