Trouble with Amigo loans claim

Hi there - I'd like to get some advice or opinions on my current situation with Amigo Loans and claiming for an incorrect lending decision. I made a claim back in April for unaffordable lending/incorrect lending decision. I received a response in June stating that they had upheld my complaint and they would be in touch regarding a payout. On 13th June they contacted me stating that all interest + 8% (Around £1080 without interest) would be paid back (I paid back loans in full). Around 2 years ago I entered an IVA and due to this my guarantor began making payments, around £300 that was left on the account. Irrelevant to this claim but I in fact made the payments myself but these had to come through my guarantor. Anyway, because of this they had to make an offer to my guarantor also which they offered £324 to him, which he accepted. This was what they decided was his portion of money owed. It's our own fault but after my guarantor accepting this offer, we found out that any money my guarantor accepted, I would be liable for. We had overlooked this in the initial letter, very sneakily worded but our fault none the less. Since June 13th, we hadn't heard from them until last Thursday when they sent us what appeared to be a recalculated redress offer. They are now stating that my guarantor accepted a different offer and state that the guarantor refund is around £2130 and that because he has accepted, I will not be receiving any money myself and that I now owe Amigo over £1000 due to them paying out my guarantor.
I've sent them an email asking for an explanation and told them the offer stated on the new response letter is completely different to what was initially offered. Initially with £1080 offered, if he accepted £324, they would state I owe them that, deduct that amount off of what's left and pay me the rest. How the hell do I now owe amigo over £1000?
Any help is appreciated.
This is the first thing they sent us when they upheld the complaint stating all interest + 8% would be paid:
