New mortgage after mortgage holiday

Hi,

We recently took a mortgage holiday, due to my partner being a student and myself being put on a reduced salary

She has now qualified and has secured a job and my salary is back up to 100%so we are looking to apply for a mortgage, so could I ask if anyone has been or is in a similar situation.

we have a 15% deposit for the house we would like to buy

Thanks

As long as you have a payslip showing your income is back to normal and she has a job offer and contract to start then that shouldn't be an issue.

Thank you so much! I assume the fact we had a mortgage holiday would give us less lenders to chose from? We had a3 month holiday but we are now making payments again, we have recently made our second payment since the holiday finished

Lenders may want to see 1 payment made by direct debit. Have just got an offer out for a client in your position so definitely doable
