Watch out for Amazon now hiking prices without telling you!

If you added items to your basket on Amazon, then "saved till later", Amazon used to tell you if prices changed.  Suddenly, the items in my basket that I saved till later have all gone up in price.  The new price does not show in the saved till later, but only when you add it to your basket and go to buy it.
It is really really sneaky now so watch out!

I always check when adding things to my basket from saved for later as we all know that Amazons prices go up and down regularly. Its not sneaky in my opinion. You save it til later at one price and by the time you add it to your basket its gone up so reflects the new price, whats wrong with that? Would you also think it sneaky if the price goes down ?

I don't think this is sneaky. If you want something at the price offered then buy it, if you come back another day the price offered may have changed.

It may not be sneaky but it is less helpful if you think you have spotted a bargain.  I save things in a wish list and which does tell you if the price has moved up or down since you added it.

Also check the delivery as there are sometimes multiple options & tricks to make you pay & not get a free one.
