Sorry.   Person A raised a grievance on Bs comment. In response to the racial comment, A swore.   Nothing to prove the racial but everybody agrees with the swear.

This grievance was dismissed because there was no evidence?

B wants to raise their own grievance against A because A swore? 

B should rise above, IMO. They're never going to be best friends, but B should be aiming for a polite and professional relationship. You don't get that if you keep raising grievances.
